Shipping Policy

At our home and garden lighting store, we want to make sure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Once you place your order, we'll start processing it within 24 hours. We aim to ship out most orders within 1-2 business days, but during our busiest times of the year, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so that you can keep an eye on its progress and estimated delivery date.

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as shipping times can vary based on your location and other external factors.

We take pride in our packaging process and take extra care to ensure that your products arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us improve our packaging process in the future.
